Rooms at Carraig Mhor
Our rooms are well-appointed and each has its own distinctive character, shaped by the architectural features of the room and their individual outlook. The décor has been carefully chosen to reflect the colours and moods of the Arran landscape outside the window and to provide a calm and relaxing ambience.
We have designed our rooms and our service to reflect what we, ourselves, would want from our ideal Bed and Breakfast so only the best is good enough. If there is anything you would like which we have not provided, please let us know and we will do our best to help. Our little 'extras' and 'surprises' are what makes a Carraig Mhor holiday 'special'.
Our spacious lounge boasts beautiful sea views (whatever the season), comfortable white leather sofas and provides guests with an alternative space where they can watch television or meet and socialise with fellow guests. The large screen TV and video/DVD players are at your disposal and there is a selection of board games for your amusement.. Please ask Helen or Andy.
Lighthouse Dining Room
A nautical theme and a view over the bay enhance your dining experience in our Lighthouse Dining Room. Vintage Wedgwood Blue Pacific china guaranteed charm and quality and an art nouveau liner cruet set evokes the days of `steamer` holidays on Arran.
